To ensure that client’s needs and values are respected in matters of religion, culture, race or ethnic origin, sexuality and sexual orientation, political affiliation, marital status, parenthood and disabilities or impairments.

To match the nominated Care Worker as closely as possible with the client and respecting the need to change the Care Worker in the event of subsequent non -compatibility.

To manage the Care Service efficiently and effectively to make best use of resources and to maximize value for money for the Purchaser / Service User.

To involve service users and carers in the provisions, management and development of services, which will be monitored regularly as part of the quality assurance framework ensuring that the service is run in the best interests of our service users.

To ensure that all service users are aware of the procedures of making compliments, comments and complaints.

To provide a first class, comprehensive, professional domiciliary care service thus enabling service users to remain in their own home for as long as possible.

To provide tailored, individual, service-user centred holistic care to all service users, taking into account their wishes and needs and bearing in mind family and informal carers’ wishes and needs.

To provide service users with a safe, consistent, respectful, high standard of care within their own home.

To maintain confidentiality, privacy and dignity whilst encouraging independence and physical well-being for all service users.

To provide all staff with relevant, high standard, quality induction and annual update training and to encourage ongoing personal development.

Our Values

Inspire Care retains a complete record of all qualifications, credentials and experience gained for each staff member, whether full-time or part-time. These records may be found in the Staff Files retained at the Organisation’s offices and have limited access for reasons of confidentiality and security.

Inspire Care has a commitment of care towards all staff and for each member to be recognised as a valuable member of a team with a shared objective of giving the highest possible quality of care.

Inspire Care recognise that for most Service Users the most important people in our organisation are the care workers with whom Service Users will have regular contact.

 

All Inspire Care staff shall respect the wishes of the Service User. Inspire Care Management and staff are committed to this statement and for adhering to the Inspire Care Code of Practice.

 

All Inspire Care staff are given a staff handbook as guidance to the many aspects of administration and statuary care requirements. This handbook is updated in line with any new legislation.

All Inspire Care staff undergo throughout their employment training by a qualified training consultancy to maximize the quality of service provided to all our Service Users.

All Inspire Care staff commence the minimum of NVQ 2 or equivalent within twelve months of employment.
